10% discount on orders over 50 bottles
15% discount on orders over 100 bottles
20% discount for Starter Kit orders of 50 bottles or more (One per customer).

UPS Shipping (Continental US)
For your convenience, we offer UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day services in the continental U.S. Shipping and handling charges are applied to all orders under $120, and to Starter Kit orders.

Note: For online orders that qualify for FREE UPS Ground and FREE 3 Day shipping within the continental U.S., the shipping charge that appears during internet checkout will be deducted on the actual invoice during the processing of the order.
USPS Shipping (HI, AK, PO Box, and International)
US Postal Service Priority and Express Mail services are available for HI, AK, PO Box, and International orders. These orders are charged actual freight plus a $3 handling charge. Insurance is optional. Tracking services are not available for post office shipments. Credit for lost packages is issued only after we receive reimbursement from the USPS.

*To determine if your herb purchases qualify for discounted shipping, determine the final price after deducting any discounts or gift certificates and before tax and shipping. Discounted shipping applies only to herbs, not supplies, books, or needles. Discounted shipping does not include the $3 handling charge, insurance, tracking services or any other additional services.
Note: For online orders, USPS shipping charges are not applied during internet checkout; shipping charges are added during the processing of the order and are reflected on the actual invoice.
Drop Shipment
Herbs can be drop-shipped directly to your patients at no extra charge. Invoices will be sent to the practitioner unless directed otherwise.
Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you wish to return items you have ordered, please contact us. To maintain the quality and purity of products we provide to you, we can only accept returns made within 60 days of purchase. A full refund is given to returns made within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges or credits made after 15 days of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Product Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the safety and potency of our herbs. However, by law, we cannot guarantee any health claims or imply cure from use of any formula. To maximize clinical effectiveness, we have a dedicated herbal consultation line with trained experts to answer your questions.
Compliance
Our products are sold only to qualified healthcare professionals and Traditional Chinese Medicine students who are familiar with the proper and safe use of herbs. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the products, and agrees to indemnify and hold Evergreen Herbs & Medical Supplies, LLC harmless from any consumer claims against products supplied by them and their ultimate use.
